Ossett Brewery South Pacific IPA

BREWED BY: Ossett Brewing Company Limited, Kings Yard, Low Mill Road, Ossett, West Yorkshire WF5 8ND 
AVAILABILITY: Seasonal: brewed in January; available from January until supplies  are exhausted.
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 5.0% (1 pint = 2.8 UK units)
APPEARANCE: Straw coloured with a white bubbly head.
FLAVOUR: Light, dry and bitter with a lemon and slightly peppery flavour; there is very little malt evident; the bitterness seems to be a subtle blend between citrus tones and typical hoppy dryness.
APPEAL: FREQUENT. A strong pale ale with a lemony, almost spicy character.
