Kelham Island Atomic Blondie

AVAILABILITY: A monthly special; available for a short time from April 2012
ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 6.0% (1 pint = 3.4 UK units)
APPEARANCE: Not quite blonde, more a very light amber; thick white creamy head that lasts through the entire pint.
FLAVOUR: Dry, medium hopped, but very smooth, almost to the point of being creamy. Underlying fruit & nut  flavours are also detectable.
APPEAL: FREQUENT. Very quaffable despite its strength.
